The central focus of TNS Primary School is to ensure the well being and positive growth of the young child. We seek to ensure that not only is the student meeting age appropriate academic expectations but that the child is thriving within our environment. By guiding children to appreciate their own unique gifts and talents, students learn to integrate who they are with how they learn. Thus, we help guide students to develop a base of authentic self understanding and esteem essential for later learning.

Our classrooms provide a structure for original thought and learning. We appreciate the wide range of learning styles and paces that go along with this young age. We facilitate a student’s natural desire to know more about their world and utilize a flexible and developmentally appropriate curriculum that is stair stepped to meet the needs of a student’s readiness to take learning to the next level. Students learn to master new skills in the context of their previous knowledge; therefore, we offer specific learning activities and objectives that are engaging and important in order to gently encourage students to take ownership of their learning process and look forward to accomplishing their next learning objective.
